Well, for you lovely UKers anyway. For the rest of us, it'll be a good four or five, at least, which makes me very sad. Anyway, a quick plea from the little American girl. I probably won't see the special until tomorrow night (possibly sooner, but it depends on how things go at work today, etc.) so I'm going to try to avoid spoilers for once in my life. That being said, if you must squee (and I know you must) please do so behind a cut. I know you probably will, but this is just a friendly reminder so that if we want to get spoilered we can and if not we can avoid.

So according to Google today is the anniversary of finding water on the moon. Why didn't they show Waters of Mars today, rather than wait for tomorrow? Just sayin', it would've been perfect.

So epic post of epic will be....well, epic.  At least if I'm able to do it all at once.  Here goes.

For my costume I chose Rose bloody Mary Sue Tyler, specifically this costume from Boomtown.  I'm below the cut.

So by the time our youth group sleepover came about Friday night my feet were killing me, because the shoes don't fit quite right and the nylons had a run in the foot which was bothering me, so I changed into something like this and took my braids out.  (See picture on the bottom left, though it's not really that clear what I'm wearing.)

The kicker?  I wasn't just Rose.  If you haven't noticed, my hair's a bit darker than Rose's.  So I was Rose....before the horrible dye job.  *is a terrible person and likes it that way*  See the story of how I came up with this below.

It seemed only appropriate to post this (again), since it's coming up on Halloweeen.  This is the door to my dorm room last year.  And yeah, we pretty much kept it up until like Spring Break or something.  Epic.  :)

Saw the new Doctor Who logo today, courtesy of my precious Miranda.  (It's here if you want to see.)  The design honestly isn't that bad, but I hate the font to no end.  The poor other girl in the office got subjected to me going "oh, frick no" when I saw it, and when I showed it to her she completely agreed.  (P.S.  She's a graphic design person, so she knows crap like this.)  Gah.  Apparently new titles and everything too, which means.....well, I hate it.  I don't mind change, don't get me wrong, but with the TARDIS changing too and everything/everyone else going off after Christmas it will hardly be the same show anymore.  But still, I'll get used to it.  Eventually.  :p
